What is the rental fee for your venue?

The rental fee for our venue is $4,500 + $500 refundable cleaning/ damage deposit.

What is included with the rental fee?

  • Bride and Groom Dressing Rooms

  • Beautiful Covered Pavilion

  • Two White Tents: 17 x 27 and 10 x 20

  • Seating for up to 200 guests: including 24 Round Tables and White Heavy Duty Chairs 

  • 12 rectangular tables

  • 6 Wine Barrels

  • Rustic Wooden Bar

  • Portable Restrooms with Hand Washing Station

  • Large Walk in Cooler (for storage of flowers, cakes, beverages, etc.)

  • Plenty of Parking

  • Numerous Photo Sites Available, Including at the River

How many days do we have access to your venue?

3 days- You may set up the evening before your event, access the venue the entire day of your event, and clean up starting after noon on the following day.

Are we required to use a certain caterer?

No, you are welcome to use any caterer you wish. 

What is your alcohol policy?

We allow beer and wine only during the event. We require you provide Oregon Permitted (OLCC) Servers if you’re serving alcohol at your event.

How many people can your venue accomodate?
 

Our venue can accomodate 200 people.

What are the insurance requirements?
 

You must provide a $1,000,000 Event Insurance Policy, naming Old Riverbed, LLC as an Additional Insured, and including Alcohol Coverage (Assuming you are serving Alcohol).

Do you allow smoking or fireworks?
 

No, due to fire hazards, we do not allow any smoking, vaping, or fireworks.

What time does our event need to end?
 

Your event must end by 10:00pm, and all persons must depart the venue by 11:00 pm.

Can we take pictures down by the river? 
 

Of course! There is private access to a nice section of the river with an area for pictures.
